AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'~Y COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF GILROY
REPEALING SECTION 17,5 OF THE GILROY' CITY CODE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: SeCtion 17 5 of the Gilroy City Code pertain-
lng to sick leave is hereby rel~ealedo
SECTION II: Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict hereWith are hereb~ repealed~
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
