CITY CODE SO AS TO PROVIDE

A PERMIT SHALL BE ESTABLISHED

CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION I. Section 16.$(a)(1) of the Gilroy City Code
is amended to read as follows:
(1) The li,~ensee or proprietor of all such
establishmellts shall obtain an annual permit
in January Df each year in order to operate
within the ]ity. The fee for inspection of
the premise~; and issuance of the permit shall
be fixed from time to time by Council resolu-
tion, a copz of which shall be kept on file
at the offi:e of the Director of Public Works.
SECTION II. Ail other '~rdinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordillance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
