Ordinance 1981-22ORDINANCE NO. 81-22
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING
STORM DRAINAGE AREAS OF BENEFIT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: That attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and
incorporated herein by reference is a map delineating storm
drain areas of benefit developed from a study by W. J. Hanna
and Son, Civil Engineers, of the storm drainage system of the
City of Gtlroy.
SECTION II: Upon the recommendation of the City Engineer
and good cause appearing therefore, the areas of benefit shown
on Exhibit "A" are hereby approved and adopted for the determination
of drainage fees within the City.
SECTION III: The storm drainage fees for the various areas
of benefit shall be set from time to time by Council resolution.
SECTION IV: Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION V: This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and
approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July, 1981, by the
