Ordinance 1983-03ORDINANCE NO. 83-3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 15.62 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING TO PERMITS FOR VENDOR'S WAGONS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. Sections 15.62 of the Gilroy City Code are amended to read as follows: Sec. 15.62. Same - Permit required. No person shall park or stand on any street, parking lot or other location open to the public, any lunch wagon, eating cart or vehicle or pushcart from which tamales, peanuts, popcorn, candy or other articles of food are sold or offered for sale without first obtaining a written permit to do so from the city administrator which shall designate the specific location in which such cart shall stand. SECTION II. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
