AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 77-26 AND PROVIDING FOR SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I.
repealed.
Gilroy City Ordinance No. 77-26 is hereby
Section II. Members of the Gilroy City Council
shall be paid the following salaries for their services:
(a) Each councilmember shall receive a
salary of $200.00 per month commencing July 1,
1984 and thereafter.
(b) The Mayor shall receive a salary of
$400.00 per month commencing July 1, 1984 and
thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of August, 1984, by
the following vote:
