ORDINANCE NO. 85-
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 12A OF T~F GILROY CITY CODE BY
ADDING SECTION 12A.149.1 TO DIVISION 3 OF ARTICLE
III THEREOF RELATING TO THE REFUNDING OF BONDS
The Council of the City of Gilroy does ordain as follows:
1. Section 12A.149.1 is hereby added to Division 3 of Article
III of Chapter 12A of the Gilroy City Code to read as follows:
"Sec. 12A.149.1. Refundin~ of bonds. As an
alternative to Division II (commencing with Section 9000)
of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915 relating to the
refunding of bonds under said Act, the provisions of
Division 11.5 (commencing with Section 9500) shall apply
to bonds heretofore or hereafter issued under said Act."

The foregoing ordinance was regularly introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Gilroy held on the 1st day
of .l~lv , 1985, and thereafter duly adopted by said Council at a
regular m~eeting held on the 15th day of 3uly , 1985, at which
meeting a quorum was present, by the following vote:
