Ordinance 1986-25 ORDINANCE N0.86-25
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY REPEALING
SECTION 16.6-1(a) OF THE GILROY CITY CODE TO
PERMIT 24 HOUR OPERATION OF CARDROOMS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 16.6-1(a) of the Gilroy City Code
requiring cardrooms to close between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. is
repealed.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption
and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1986,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: ALBERT, GAGE, MUSSALLEM,
VALDEZ and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: KLOECKER and PALMERLEE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
