AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 84-18 AND PROVIDING FOR SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF
THE CITY COUNCIL.
AS FOLLOWS:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN
repealed.
Section I.
Gilroy City Ordinance No. 84-18 is
Section II. Members of the Gilroy City Council
shall be paid the following salaries for their services:
(a) Each councilmember shall receive a
salary of $300.00 per month commencing January 1,
1987 and thereafter.
(b) The Mayor shall receive a salary of
$600.00 per month commencing January 1, 1987
and thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December 1986,
by the following vote:

PALMERLEE, VALDEZ and HUG}LAN

hereby certify that the attached Ordinance No. 86-26 is an original
