AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
SECTION 12.11 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING
TO GARBAGE COLLECTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 12.11 of the Gilroy City Code
is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 12.11' F.'requency ~of collection
Ail garbage accumulated at any private dwelling house
or residence in the city, shall be removed by the garbage
collector at least once each week, or oftener if necessary.
All garbage accumulated at hotels, restaurants, boarding-
houses, or business houses, shall be removed by the garbage
collector as often as necessary to comply with Health & Fire
Codes. All rubbish accumulated at private dwellings, residences,
hotels, boardinghouses, restaurants or business houses in
the city, shall be removed by the garbage collector at least
once each month or oftener if necessary.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption
and approval.
