AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 2.13 (a)
OF THE GILROY CITY CODE CHANGING CITY COUNCIL REGULAR
MEETING TIME FROM 8:00 O'CLOCK P.M. TO 7:00 O'CLOCK P.M.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 2.13 (a) of the Gilroy City Code is
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 2.13. Regular meetings.
(a) Time. Regular meetings of the city council shall be
held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:00 p.m.
Whenever the day fixed for any regular meeting of the council
falls upon a day designated by law as a legal or national
holiday, such meeting shall be held at the same hour on the next
succeeding day not a holiday.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and
approval.
