ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ADOPTING
PROCEDURES FOR OBTAINING CERTIFICATION FROM POST FOR
THE PUBLIC SAFETY DISPATCHER PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Assistant Chief of Police has recommended
adoption of Penal Code requirements for public safety dispatchers
in the City of Gilroy, and good cause appearing
