AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 86 -
26 AND PROVIDING FOR SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I. Gilroy City Ordinance No. 86 -26 is repealed.
Section II. Members of the Gilroy City Council shall be paid the
following salaries for their services:
vote:
(a) Each Councilmember shall receive a salary of $400.00 per
month commencing with the February 1995 Payroll period and
thereafter.
(b) The Mayor shall receive a salary of $600.00 per month
commencing January 1, 1987 and thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 1995, by the following

NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, ROWLISON and GAGE.
