AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 95-4 AND PROVIDING
FOR SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Gilroy City Ordinance No. 95-4 is repealed.
Members of the Gilroy City Council shall be paid the following salaries for
Each Councilmember shall receive a salary of $600.00 per month
commencing with the December 1999 Payroll period and thereafter, with future increases on a
fiscal year basis in accordance with the San Francisco/Oakland Consumer Price Index (CPI).
(b) The Mayor shall receive a salary of $900.00 per month commencing with
the December 1999 Payroll period and thereafter, with future increases on a fiscal year basis in
accordance with the San Francisco/Oakland Consumer Price Index (CPI).
