A~ ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
15.43 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO DESIGNATE WELBURN
AVENUE A THROUGH STREET FROM MONTEREY STREET TO WREN AVENUE,
EXCEPT AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH CHURCH STREET,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subparagraph 20 of Section 15.43 of the Gilroy City
Code referring to Welburn Avenue is amended to read as follows:
20. Welburn ~venue, from Monterey Street to Wren Avenue,
except at its intersection with Church Street.
SECTION II. Ail other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
