Ordinance 1978-05 ORDINANCE NO. 78-5
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REPEALING SECTION 2.45 (f)(5) OF THE GILROY CITY CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section I: Section 2.45(f)(5) of the Gilroy City Code which
provides that the Building Inspector shall administer the Zoning
Ordinance is hereby repealed.
Section II: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its passage and approval.
