AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION
15.57 OF THE GILROY CITY CODE PERTAINING TO ANGLE
PARKING.
SECTION I.
read as follows:
Sec. 15.57.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 15.57 of the Gilroy City Code is amended to
Same--Permitted exceptions.
Parking of vehicles at an angle to the line of the
curb may be established on any street of the city by
resolution of the city council. When appropriate signs
or markings are in place giving notice thereof, it shall
be unlawful to park a vehicle other than entirely within
a space so marked and designated.
SECTION II. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
