AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING SECTION 15.43
OF THE GILROY CITY CODE SO AS TO DESIGNATE TENTH STREET
FROM THE EAST CITY LIMITS TO THE WEST CITY LIMITS A THROUGH
STREET, EXCEPT AT ITS INTERSECTIONS WITH CHESTNUT STREET,
MONTEREY STREET AND PRINCEVALLE STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~tLROY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Subparagraph 17 of Section 15.43 of the Gilroy City
Code referring to Tenth Street is amended to read as followS:
17. Tenth Street, from the east city limits to the west
city limits, except at its intersections with Chestnut
Street, Monterey Street and Princevalle Street.
SECTION II. All other ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force-thirty (30) days from and after its adoption and approval.
