The Clerk was instructed to write Attorney Ed. Rea and instruct
him to prepare agreement with Thos. !Cell along lines prepared
by Engineer Sloan and sul1mi t the same to the U'ayor and. Council
for approval.
Uotion by Martin, secaned by Schemel and carried: That the
Street Committee be instructecl to secure the necessary pipe for
the construction of the storm sewer along tl1e slough in the
Southern City limits.
