Minutes 1922/07/19 174 Gilroy, Calir., July 19th, 1922. The regular aclj ourned meeting of the COl!l1Ilon Council of July 3rd, 1922, was called to order by His Honor Hayor Jas. Prihcevalle. Present Councilmen Chesbro, Lester, Radtke, necker, Schemel; Absent Councilmen Brown. Notice presented fro~ the Board of Fire Commissions of San Francisco stating that the steam fire engine loaned by the said and one half City to the Gilroy Department some three^years ago was to be sold. , at auction. By motion of Schemel, seconded and carried, it was ordered: i'hat the Fire Department Committee take up the matter of bidding for the steam fire engine at the auction sale in San Francisco. H. L. Holman of the Park Commission appeared before the Council in regar(l to conditions at the ~Iunicipal Cam}) Ground. Motion by Schemel, seconclecl and carried: That herearter the rate to be charged at the Camp Ground will IJe 25~ per car for each night. The matter of preliminary survey of the sewar,e clisposal con- dition was then discussed. Motion by Hecker, secon(led and carried: That we engage Chas. E.
