The ClerIc reported that the returns from the election of Nov. 3th, 1922, were as follows: Precinct No.1, Chas. E. Fredrickson, tOR, precimct No.2, Chas. E. Fredrickson, 41, A.A .~Iartin, 2. It appearing from t~e returns that Chas. l~. Fredrickson had receivell the greater munber of votes by motion of Schemel, duly secomte(l antI carried, it was orclered that Chas. r;;.
