The regular alljourned meetinp; of' the Common Council of Dec. Rt'1,
1~22, was called to order by His Ilonor Mayor Jas. Princevalle.
Present Councilmen Fredrickson, Brown, Heclmr, Schemel; A'h-
sent Councilmen Chesbro, Hacltke.

paratus the Seagrave Company agrees to furnish to the Citv of
Gilroy 1'01' the sum of 'fwelve 'l'housan,l a.I1l1 Fif'ty Dollars ('f;12,-
050.00).
For the above a,paratus the ~ity of 01Jray w;11 pay
the Seagrave Company th~ sum of 'fwelve 'fhousand and Fifty Dollar~;
( $12,050.00) as follows: $ 401A.rR within ten days after the de-

approved by the City Attorney.
