Chas. E. Sloan appeared before the Council in the matter of sewage disposal plants. Mayor Princevalle announced that this was the time for op- ening bids for sale of bonds provided for in Ordinance No. 325. The clerk reporte~ that two bids had been received. By motion of Fredrickson, secon~ed by Radtke, the bids re- ceived were ordered opened The banI{ of Italy subni t ted. the following bid, viz: the par value of said bonds plus accrued interest. Schlfabacher & Company, Anglo IJon(lon Paris Company submitted the following bid, viz: the par value of said bonds and ac- crued interest to elate of (leI i very, plus a prcmi urn of $ 415.00. The bid is subject to the approval of attorneys for birlder regarding the legality of bond issue. Certified check for $ 4400.00 drawn upon the Anglo (\: London Paris National BanJ{ ac- companies bill. On motion of Councilman Hecker, duly seconded the bid of Schwabacher & Compan~, ,Anglo TJonllon Paris Company was ac- cepted.
