Radtke, Gerald Hecker; Absent Councilman C. W. Schemel.
The Committee on computin~ tax rate for the years 1924~
1925 recommended a. rate of $1.22 on each $100. of assessed
Talnation apportioned arnon~ the Tarious City Funds as t"ol-
lows:

Motion by Heoker, seconded by Radtke and carried: That
the report of' the Committe~ on tax rate be accepted, and
that the rate f'0). the years 1924-1.925 be hereby f'ixed at
$ 1.22 on each $100. ot" assessed Talnation, apportio.ed as
herein before designated.

BE IT RESOLVEil by the Mayor amI Common Council of the
City of Gilroy that the Resolution of Intention ad~pted
anti passed by the Mayor and Cornmon Council of the Ci t:w- of

hereby rescinde(l amI all work to be peri'orme(l thereunder is
hereby abantloned, and the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to return to Southwest PaTin~ Company the bond filed by it
with its bid to pert"orm the work (Iescribed in said Resolu-
tion or Intention.
