The minutes of meetin~ of October 6th were read and ordered
approTed.
Communications from state Boar'l of Health aM Southern Pac-

ific Company were presented.
Reports of License and Tax Collector, Water Collector and
City Clerk were read and by motion of Schemel, secon~ed by
Radtke and carried o~lered accepted and placed on file.
Health Officer J. W. Thayer was present and rendered report
of the session of the I;ea1!ue of California Municipalities.
By motion of Schemel secondeel l)y Radtke ami carried Ordi-
nance No. 329 was passed and adopted after haTinR been read and
re-rea(1 by title as follows:
An Ordinance prohibiting the sale of uninspected meats in
the City of Gilroy.
