dered approTed.
Reports of License amI Tax Collector, City Clerk amI Water
Collector were read antI by motion o~ FredricJcson, seconded by
Hecker and carried, ordered accepted and placed on ~ile.
City Health O~ficer J. W. Thayer a~pearen be~ore the Coun-
Gi1 and laTe report relatiTe to scarlet ~eTer at the Orphans
Home, and also in re~ard to the chlorination of the City Water
supply.
Communication ~rom the Coast Counties Gas & E1eo. Co. rela-
tiTe to conduit at the ,urnp on North Monterey Street was read
and re~erred to the Lichtin~ and Water COmMittees.
The relular monthly bills were read and by motion o~ Hec~er

drawn.
