Health Officer J. W. Thayer appeare~ berore the Council relative to water pnrification and the general health con- dit1ons. N. W. Bowman presente~ request to rent the camp {!round near the lligh School, but no action was taken. H. Brem, Sr., Chairman of the Finance Committee report- ed that he had rented the land recently purchased for the sewage llisposal plants location and turnecl the part pay- ment or $ 25.00 into the treasury. Matter of water service to M. Piera at the end of Casey Street was re1'erred to the Water ComMit Lee. By motion of Pierce, secolll.lell and cal'ried the matter of requiring a lleposit flrom parties desiring water service was left with the Water Committee. The regular monthly bills were read ami lly motion of Fredrickson, seconde~ by Schemel and carried were allowed and warrants or~lere:l drawn on the treasury.
