Minutes 1925/08/03 T2.56 Gilroy, Calir, Aug. ~, 1925. 'fhe regular monthly meeting or the Connnon Council was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Princevalle. Present Councilmen C. H. Pierce, C. E. Fredriokson, Wm. Radtke, Geralll Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro; Absent, Couneilman R. Brem, Sr. The minutes or meetings of July 6th and July 13th were read and orderell approvell. Reports or Marshal and License Collector, City Clerk and Water Collector were realL anli by motion or Chesbro, seconded by Pierce ordereu accepted and "lacell on rile. The City Assessor presented the Assessment Roll ror the years 1925-1926. Motion by Fredrickson, seconded by Radtke and carried: 257 That the meetings of th~ Board of Equalization be held on the dates, viz: Aug. 17, Aug. 24 and Au~. 11st, and that the Clerk is hereby authorized to publish notice of said meetin~s. By motion of Hecker, seconlled by Chesbro the following roso-. lution was passed and adopted: "nmSOINEJ by the Common Council of the City of Gilroy that pursuant anll subject to all the terms, conditions amI provis- ions of the Public Health Act of the State of California, ap- proved March 23, 1907, and all amenrlments thereto, application be maue to the State Boarrl of Health of the State of California, for a permit to construct a sewage rlisposal plant an,1 outfall and trunk sewer; that the Mayor of said City of Gilroy be and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause the necessary data to be preparecl, amI inTesti1tations to be made in the name of said City to sign and file such application with the 8tate Hoarel of Health.
