Street and by motion of Chesbro, .econded by !rem, it waa order-
ed that hydrant be 1nltalled when the proper agreement i.entered
into between the city and Mr. Atkinson.
_ The Ci ty attorney presented deciaion in matter of water tap onu
the Brock plaoe, and the lame was ordered filed.

following re.olution was adopted: WHEREAS, all improvement oon-
templated to be made under the bond 1.lue of 1923 for the improve-
ment of the water system of the City of Gilroy, has been completed
and there remains in the fund after the oompletion of the laid ..~k
the sum of Fourteen Thousand, Seventy-one and 27/100 ~$14,071.27)

THiREFORE, Be it resolved by the Mayor and Common Coun.il of
the City of Gilroy that there be transferred from the Water Works
Improvement Fund of 1923 to the General Fund of the City of Gilroy,
the sum of Fourteen Thousand, seventy-one and 27/100 '$1.,071.210

tion was adopted; ~~ESOLVID by the Mayor and Common Counc11 of
the City of Gilroy that pursuant and subject to all of "tlle'terms

te8 of 1913 and all amendments thereto, relating to domestic water
suppliel, application by this City be made to the State Board of
Health of the State of California, for a permit to .upply water to
the inhabitants of Gilroy from Uvas Creek and from oity wel18 1
througa the existing .ystem with the addition of Chlorination of
the UTas Creek supply as shown on blue prints attaohed.
That the
