Ey motion of ~r.drickson, leoonded by Radtke and carried tae following re.olution was adopted: WHEREAS, all improvement oon- templated to be made under the bond 1.lue of 1923 for the improve- ment of the water system of the City of Gilroy, has been completed and there remains in the fund after the oompletion of the laid ..~k the sum of Fourteen Thousand, Seventy-one and 27/100 ~$14,071.27) Dollar8 :; THiREFORE, Be it resolved by the Mayor and Common Coun.il of the City of Gilroy that there be transferred from the Water Works Improvement Fund of 1923 to the General Fund of the City of Gilroy, the sum of Fourteen Thousand, seventy-one and 27/100 '$1.,071.210 Dollars, purluant to the .tatute in such oases made and provided.
