Communioationa from League of California Munioipalities and Co. G. 159 th Infantry were read. After oareful oonsideration it was ascertained that the Oakland Sewer Construction Co. had presented the the lowest and best bido Motion by Radtke, seconded by Fredrickson and carried that the contract be awarded to the Oakland Sewer Construction Co. Vote, Ayes Councilmen Chas. H. Pierce, R. !rem, Sr., C. E. Fredrickson, Wm. Radtke, Elmer J. Chesbro: Noes, Councilmen, None: Absent Councilman Gerald Hecker. Motion by Fredriokson, seoonded and carried that certified ohecks be returned to the unsuccessful bidders. The regular monthly bills were then read and by motion of Fredr1okson, seconded by Pierce ordered allowed and warrants drawn. Ameunt of warrants allowed $2353.75 on the General Fund.
