The regular adjourned meeting or the OOnIDIOn Council of Apr.
7th, 1926, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas, Prince-
valle
Present Councilmen C. E. Fredrickson, IVm. Radtke, Gerald
Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro}
Absent by permission Councilman
R. Brem, Sr.;
Absent Councilman Chas. n, Pierce.
Motion by Hecker, seconded by Chesbro and carried that a
warrant in the amount or $ 5,000. be drawn on the General Fund
in ravor or the Oakland Sewer Construction Co, being the'rirst
paynlent on contract ror construc~ing lateral sewer.
.. Motion by Radtke, seconded and carried :
That we grant an
extension or ttme.or t~enty days to the Oakland Sewer Construct-
ion Company ror the completion of the lateral sewer.
