Absent Councilmen, Hone.
The minutes of t.1eetings of Aug. 2, Aug. 17, Aug. 24,
.Aug. 31st and sept. 2nd were read and or(lerec1 approved.
The monthly reports of' License Collector, Water Collect-
or, City Clerk ::1.nc1 Heal tl1 Of ricer were read ancl by motion.df

City Attorney 8. D. Crawf'ordpresented report relative to
the pa;YlilCnt of' police court f'ees.
By motion of' E. Martin Johnson, seconded by Jerome Chap-

Police JUdGe by paying him f'ees, theref'ore be it

Judge of' the Ci ty of' Gilroy be and the same is hereby f'ixecl at
a salary of' $ 50.00 per month; be it f'urther
