the Shepard property.

which the proposed sorrel' pipe will have t() pass, must be left
as at prosent located and all in Gooel and proper or(1.er, wi th ~
rence connections as at present, after the work is completed of
pipe la;;ring, back!'ill, f'encin:.:;, etc.
4th.
The iJheparcls retain tIle ri[)it to erect such sheels or
o tiler s truc tors on the ri[';11 t of ilay as may be 1"c'luired by tIleD
1'01' their 1'arlil purposes.
5th. One six inch special, 1'01' f'arm house connection will be
installed ut the expensc of' the City o:f Gilroy, at a location to
be selected, 0.11(1 conr~ction made with the Shepapd f'arm house, :for
