The minutes of meetings of' Ala' cll 7th and March 21st were
~read and ordered approved.
Monthly reports of' License Collector, Police Judge, City
Clerk, Water Collector and quarterly reports of' Treasurer and
Clerk were read and by motion or Fredrickson, seconded by

Motion by E. Martin Johnson seconded by Jerome Chappell

Ordinance No. 346 was passed and adopted after having been read
and re-read by title as f'ollows:
An Ordinance a~mending Article III o~ Chapter IV of Part
II of' the Municipal Code of the City of Gilroy, by adding a new
Section thereto to be numbered Section 245, providing f'or ~ees
to be~ paid when filing applications for buileling permi ts and
f'or inspection of' buildings.

C. E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Elmer J. Chesbro; Noes,
Counsilmen, None; Absent Councilmen, Gerald Hecker.
By motion of' C. E. Fredrickson, seconded by Jerome Chappell
and carried building permit as requested by Mary F. Fowler was

11atter of' storm sewer was presented by -City Engineer H. B.
Fisher.
By motion of E. Martin Johnson seconded by Jerome Chappell
the f'ollowing resolution was aclopted:
UESOLVED, That the City Engineer, be and he is hereby
directed to f'urnish plans and specifications for a storm sewer
system ror the City of Gilroy.

J. Chesbro, seconded by E. Martin Jolmson \fere allowed and war-
rants ordered drawn.
