Minutes 1927/06/06 Gilroy, Calif., June 6, 1927. The eegular monthly meeting of' the Common Oouncil lfas called to order by His Honor Uayor Jas. princevalle. Present Councilmen Chas. 11. Pierce, E. Martin Johnson, C. E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro; Abseht Councilmen, None. The minutes of' meetings of' Yay 2nd, May 23rd and May 26th were read and ordered approved. Of'ficers monthly reports presented as f'ollOlrs: License Col- lector, Police Judge, City ClerIc and Wat-er Collector and by mo- tion of' Chesbro, seconded by Chappell ordered accepted and pla- ced on f'ile. A. Rianda presented bid of' $ 375.00 f'or ri~lt of way across the sewer f'arm lands. Motion by Elmer J. Ohesbro seconded by E. Hartin Johnson that bid for right of' lray be awarcled to A. Rianda. Vote, Ayes, Oouncilmen, Chas. ll. Pierce, E. Uartin Johnson, C. E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Ches- bro, Noes, Councilmen, None; Absent Councilmen, None. The City Attorney was requested to prepare deed for ~. Hianda. Motion by JoIU1son, seconded by Chappell and carried that $ 460.00 be transferred from the General Funa to the Library Fund of the City of' Gilroy. Vote, Ayes, Councilmen, Chas. H. Pierce, E. The regular monthly bills were then read and by motion of Fredrickson, seconded by Hecker and carried were allowed and warrants ordered dra,m. Amolmt of' warrants allOlfed $ 2433.15 on the General Fund; $ 356.15 on the General Fund, $ 356.15 on the Sewage Dis. Imp. Fund of 1927, Total warrants, $ 2,789.30.
