The regular adjourned meeting or the Oommon COlUlcil of June
6th, 1927, was called to order by His Honor M~ar lase Prince-
valle.
Present Councilmen Chas. U. Pierce, E. Martin JOhnson, C. E.
Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecl{er, Elmer J. Chesbro,
Noes, Councilmen, None; Absent Gouncilmen, )fone.
Motion by E. Martin Johnson, seconded by Chas. 11. Pierce
and carried that the eleven bids for sewer construction lvork
be ordered opened.
Mo tion by Fredrickson, seconcled by Chappell and carried that
bids and certiried checks or the f'our lowest bidders, viz:
Oakland SeVier Construction Co., Fredrickson-Watson Co;, Jas.
Currie and W. J. Tobin be retained and that the certified checks
or unsuccessful bidders ordered retuMled.

Motion by Chesbro, seconded and carried: That a warrant in
the amount of $ 332.25 be ordered drawn in favor of' Jas. A.
Clayton & Co. f'or taxes on sewer farm land.
Motion by JolUlson, seconded and carried: That Dr. E. J. Ches-
bra be appointed Health Of'f'icer pro-tem during the ab"sence or
Dr. n. II. Prien.
