The minutes of meetings of Oct. 3rd and Oct. 10th were
read aDd ordered approved.
Off'icers reports presented as follows:
License Collector,
Polioe Judge, City Clerk and Water Collector and by motion of
Chesbro, seconded by Chappell and carried ordered accepted and
placed on file.
Communioation from Amerioan Legion thanking Council f'or use
of hall was read and ordered placed on f'ile.
By motion of Johnson, seconded by Chappell and carried, it
was ordered:
That the City allow . 15.00 per month toward
rent of rest room in Odd Fellows Building.
By motion of E. Martin Johnson, seconded by E. J. Chesbro
the following resolution was passed and adopted, viz:

WBE~S, owners of the majority f'rontage of oertain streets
have petitioned the Kayor and Common Council to pave said streets,
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Common Council believe that before
any paving is done it will be necessary to provide the City with
storm sewers, and the construction of said storm sewers are a
public necessity, now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: Tha t the City Surveyor aDd Engineer, be, and he
is hereby, instructed to furDish to the Common Council complete
plans and speoifications for storm sewers for the entire City.
Vote, Ayes, Counoilmen E. Martin Johnson, C. E. Fredriekson,
Jerome Chappell, Gerald Beeker, Elmer J. Chesbro; Noes Council-
men Chas. H. Pierce; Absent Councilmen, None.
The regular month~y bills were read and by motion of Fred-
rickson seconded by Chappell and carri.d ordered allowed and
warrants ordered draWD.
Amount of warrants allowed $ 4,439.99 on the General Fund,
$ 17,188.07 on the Sewage Disposal Imp. ~ of' 1927,
