Princevalle. Present Councilmen E. Martin Johnson, C. E. Fredr1.ckson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro, A.bsent Councilman Chas. B. Pierce. Matter or increase in telephone rates was presented but no rep- , resentative was appointed to attend the meeting of the Railroad Com- mission on .ov. 29th. The Clerk was instructed to secure plans for proper riling cabi- nets ~or office use. By motion of' Chesbro, seconded by Johnson the following resolu- tion was adopted, vizt _ WHEREAS, the property owners o~ing a majority of the frontage on certain streets have petitione4 the Common Council to order the same paved with a style of' pavement to be selected by the Common Council, and WHEREAS, it is necessary that said streets to be payed must be drained of storm water, now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That tile City E!1g:Lneer be and he is hereby instructed to prepare plans aDd specifications f'or paving with concrete paving the following streets. Eigleberry Street from the South line of Sixth Street to the South side of First stre~t. Sixth Street from the East side of Eigle~erry Street to the West line of Monterey street, aDd from the East line or Monterey street to the Southern Pacific Railroad track, Fifth Street from the West line of' Monterey Street to the East line of g~el street, Martin street rrom the East liDe of Monterey Street to the Soath- erD Pacific Railroad track, Leweis street from the East line of Monterey street to the West line of Forest Street. Fourth Street from the West line of Monterey Street to the East line of Eigleberry street, Second street from the West line of Monterey. Street to the Bast line ef Eigleberry street.
