The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of
Dec. 5th, 1927, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas.
PriDoevalle.
Present Counci1men Chas. H. Pierce, E. Martin Johnson, C.
E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Becker, E1mer J. Ches-
bro; Absent Counci1men, Bone.
The City. Engineer presented statement showing a balance due
the Oakland Sewer Construction Co. of' $ 5714.28.
Motion by E. Martin JOhnson, seconded,by Jerome Chappell and
carried that a warrant in the amount of $ 5714.28 be drawn on the
Sewage Disposal ImprOTement Fund of 1927 in :favor of Oakland
Sewer,Construction C6mpany.
