Gilroy, Jan. 9th, 1928.
A Special meeting of the Common Council was called for this
date and owing to the absence of the Mayor the meeting was call-
ed to order by the Clerk. Present Councilmen Pierce, Johnson,
Fredrickson, Chappell, Chesbro; Absent Counclluan Hecker.
Motion by C. E. Fredrickson, seconded by Chas. H. Pierce and
carried that Councilman Elmer J. Ches~ro is hereby appointed
President Pro-tem
Motion by E. Martin Johnson seconded by Jerome Chappell and
carried,
That a warrant in the amount of $ 1984.73 be ardered
draWD in favor of James Currie as a payment on contract for con-
structing Clarifier and Digester for Sewage Disposal Plant.
