The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Counail of Feb.
20th, 1928, was called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Prince-
valle.

Present Councimen E.Martin Johnson, C. E. Fredrickson, Jerome
Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro;
Absent Councilman
Chas. H. Pierce.
Motion by E. Martin Johnson, seconded by C. E. Fredrickson
and carried that opening of bids for renting sewer farm land be
left over until the regular meeting, Mar. 5th.
Motion by E. #artin Johnson, seconded by C. E. Fredrickson
and carried:
That building petition of Wm. Radtke for Chase
Cleaners be ordered granted.
By motion of Gerald Hecker, seconded by E. Martin Johnson the
following Resolution was passed a~d adopted.
RESOLVED, that the City Engineer, be and he is hereby instruct-
ed tp prepare and submit plans and specifications_for the paving
with Warrenite Bitulithic wearing surface upon an alphaltic con-
crete base upon the streets heretofore petitioned to be paved
by interested property owners.
Also for concrete curbs, gut-
tars and sidewalks~ where they do not now exist along said
streets, also for a storm water sewer to be constructed in Eigle-
berry street from Third street to Sixth Street, in Fifth street
from Carmel street, to Eigleberry street, and in Sixth street from
Eigleberry street to th~ slough called Miller Slough just east of
Maple Street.
Vote, Ayes, Councilmen E. Martin Johnson, C. E. Fredrickson,
Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elm~r J. Ohesbro; Noes, Council-
men, None; Absent Councilman Chas. H. Pierce.
