Present Counoilmen Chas. H. Pierce, E. Martin Johnson, C. " E. Fredrickson, Jerome Chappell, Gerald Hecker, Elmer J. Chesbro; Absent Counoilmen, None. The minutes of meetings of March 5th, March 21st, and Mar. 22nd were read and ordered approved with the exception of the following correction: The vote on the first two resolutions adopted on Marc~ 5th to read Councilman Chas. H. Pierce as hav- ing voted No in plaoe as yes as noted.--proper correotions made. Monthly reports presented as follows: License and Tax Col- lector, Police JUdge, City Clerk and Water Collector, also quarterly reports of Treasu;er and Clerk, and by motion of Becker seconded by Chesbro and carried, it was ordered that reports be accepted and plaoed on file.
