The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council o~
July 2nd, 1928, was oalled to order by His Honor Mayor Jas.
Princevalle.
Present Councilmen Walter G. Fitzgerald, E. 1Iartin John-
son, John A. Clark, Irvin Hollister, Elmer J. Chesbro; Ab-
sent Councilman C. E. Fredrickson.
Matter or changing water pipe line on Eigleberry and 4th
streets came up ror consideration.
Motion By John A. Clark, seconded by Walter G. Fitzgerald
and carried that we advertise ~or bids for rurnishing 2810
feet of castiron water pipe, bids to be received for either
6-inch or 8-inch pipe and same to be opened July 26th, and
said notice to be placed in the Gilroy Gazette.
