The regular adjourned meeting of the COlllillon Council of August
10th, 1928, was callpd to order by His Honor Mayor Jas, Prince-
valle.
Present Council~en E. Martin Johnson, John A. Clark, Irvin Hol-
lister, Elmer J. Chesbro;
Absent Councilmen Walter G. Fitzgerald,
C. E. Fredrickson.
By motion of John A. Clark, seconded by Elmer J. Chesbro labor
bills in the amount of $ 280.50 were ordered allowed and warrants

drawn.
By motion of' Elmer .'1. Chesbro, seconed by II;. :Hartin Johnson,
it was ordered:' That we adjourn as a Con~on Council and re-convene
as a Board f'or the equalization of' taxes.
Peter Cupich made complaint on his assessment but upon being
shown the figures on the Roll was satisf'ied.
No other com-
plaints were made.
