.At this session the :Mayor was absent and the Councilmen present
were Walter G. Fitzgerald, C. E. Fredrickson, E. Martin Johnson
and Irvin Hollister.
There not being a suf'f'icient nWllber present to constitute a
quorl~d a minority adjourltment was taken until Saturday, Sept.
8th, 1928.
