Chesbro, seconcd by Irvin Hollister that Ordinance No. 351 be passecl and adopted at'ter having been read and re-read by title as follows: An Ordinance amending Section 310 of' Article II, Part III of { the r,lunicipal Code 01' the City of Gilroy, by amending Paragraph 37 a thereof, relative to the license tax on travelinB street shows. Vote, Ayes, Councilmen Walter G. Fitzgerald, C. S. Fredrick- son, Irvin Hollister, Elmer J. Chesbro; Absent Councilmen E. Martin Johnson, Jolm A. Clark. The street Conuni ttee reported that the petitions asI{ing for paving on Martin and Sixth Streets had the majority of' frontage. Motion by Fredrickson, seconded by Hollister and carried: That bill of $ 75.00 :for meat inspection, State DcpartLlcnt of Agriculture be allowed and warrant ordered drawn.
