Present, Councilmen Walter G. Fitzgerald, C. E. Fredrick-
son, John A. Clark, .Irvin Hollister, Elmer J. Chesbro; Absent,
Councilman E. Martin Johnson.
The minutes of May 6th, May 13th and May 22nd were read
and ordered approved.
Reports of officers presented as follows: License Col-
lector, Police Judge, City Clerk and Water Collector were read

A petition was presented for paving on Alexander Street,

and by motion of Walter G. Fitzgerald, seconded and carried,
the same was referred to the Street Committee and the City
Engineer.
Protests against storm sewer were presented.
On motion of Walter G. Fitzgerald, seconded by John A.
Clark and carried, That protests be referred to the Street
Committee and l;ity Engineer :bo check up and report back.
Motion by Fitzgerald, seconded by Clark and carried, ~hat
we adopt the plans and specifications for alterations and
changes at the ai ty Hall.
Motion by Fitzgerald, seconded by Clark and carried: That
the Clerk be instructed to advertise for the work, bids to be
opened on June 17th, 1929.
Motion by Fitzgerald, seconded and carried: That the May-
or be instructed to write to the Sewage Disposal Engineers to
meet here during the month of October.
Chairman of Buildings and Grounds Committee ins tructea to
find out about painting the Oity Hall.
The regular monthly bills were then read and by motion of
Fredrickson, seconded by Clark and carried, were allowed and war-
rants ordered drawn.
Amounts of warrants allowed, $5056.76, on the General Fund.
Adjourned until Monday, June loth, 1929, at 8:00 o'clock,
