Gilroy, Calif. Rmr 7, 1932
The regular monthly meeting of the Common Council was
called to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Princevalle.
Present Councilmen Fredrickson, Easton, Rush, Lawton,
Boock: Absent Councilman Heck.
The minutes of meeting of Feb. 1st, 1932, were read and
ordered approved,
The monthly reports of City Officers were read and by
motion of Fredrickson, seconded by Easton and carried or-
dered accepted and placed on file.
Communications were read as follws:
From John W. Doh-
erty and Mrs. J. M.Durnell about establishing temporary
places for transacting business, Pacific Indemnity Company
and Chesbro & Eustice.
A sample fire ordinance was referred to the Fire Depart-
ment Committee.
It was decided that the elimination of stray dogs be con-
tinued ~or a month or two in order to test it.
Motion by Easton seconded by Boock and carried:
That
Wm. Radtke be allowed a partial payment of $ 1000.00 on
contract for constructing bridge across Miller slough on
North Monterey street.
The regular monthly bills were read and by motion of
Fredrickson, seconded by Easton were allowed and warrants
ordered drawn.
Amount of warrants allowed ;~5,707.04 on the General Fund.
