Gilroy, Calif., March lOth, 1932.
The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of
March 7th, 19321 was called to order by His Honor 1~yor
Jas. Princevalle.
Present Councilmen Fredrickson, Easton, Boock, Heck;
Absent Councilmen Rush and Lawton.
The matter of the location of portable business places
was considered and by motion of Easton seconded by Boock
and carried the petitions of J. W. Doherty and ~~s. J. M.
Durnell were granted with the proviso that the same should

be moved on a 30 day notice from the Mayor and Common
Council.

An Ordinance for the amending of certain sections of
the original milk Ordinance was considered but final action
on same was continued until a future date.
Adjourned subject to the
call of the Chair.
