The Regular monthly meeting of the Common Council was call-

ed to order by His Honor Mayor Jas. Princevalle.
Present Councilmen Chas. E. Fredrickso~, Geo. Easton, J. H. Rush,
Geo. M. Lawton, Fred C. Boock, S. D. Heck; Absent Councilmen,
None.
The minutes of 1~y 4th, 1932, were read and ordered approved.
The regular monthly reports of City Officers for month of
May were presented and by motion ot Fredrickson,

Easton and carried ordered accepted and placed on file.
The regular monthly bills were then read and by motion
of Fredrickson, seconded by S. D. Heck were allowed and warrants
ordered drawn.
Amount of warrants allowed $ 2955.14 on the General Fund.
Motion by Fredrickson, seconded by Heck and carried that
the bills on the table be properlyCQ Ked and allowed.
Amount of bills laid over $ 2448.22 on the General Fund.

The Clerk then proceeded to read the minutes of the present

session and the same were ordered approved as read.
Remarks were then made by the retiring Mayor and by City
Attorney Walter G. Fitzgerald.
By motion of Chas. E. Fredrickson, seconded by Geo. Easton,
it was ordered that the present Council adjourn Sine Die.

to xhe future policies of the A~yor and Common Council relative
to MUnicipal affairs in general.
It was ordered that Swanson Lane be closed from Friday
night to Sunday night during the Gymkhana.
Motion by Wentz duly seconed and carried that the Committee
from Salinas be allowed to string a banner across Monterey
Street.
