The regular adjourned meeting of the Common Council of
August 1st, 1932, was called to order by His Honor Mayor
Elmer J. Chesbro.
Present Councilmen Geo. Easton, Fred C. Boock, Geo.
Milias, Jr., S. D. Heck,Geo. A. Wentz;
Absent Councilman
J. H. Rush.
The Chairman of the street Department Committee made re-
)-ort on the quantity of oil necessary to complete oiling
the streets.
Motion by Boock, seconded by Heck and carriedthat the
Street Committee be instructed to secure the additional oil.
Matter of securing new running gear for water wagon at
a price not to exceed :~ IOO.OO was left in the hands of
the street Dept. Committee
Motion by Geo. C. Milias, Jr., seconded by S. D. Heck and
carried that we adjourn as a Common Council and re-con-
vene as a Board for the equalization of taxes.
No protests were presented at this session of the
Board of Equalization.
